ROUND of garlic bl olive tomato sauce w/ chickpeas over whole wheat spaghet. First thing I've been able to taste in 4 days. <3 nikki in NOLA

    Boil water, cook whole wheat spaghetti to al dente.
    EVOO a pan on med. heat and add diced garlic, onion and chile pepper. Curry powder and salt to taste.
    Add a big can of whole tomatoes and shmash 'em up. Cook 10-15m. Add chickpeas and chopped black olives. Toss with noodles. Top w/ parmesan cheese. Eat!
